Order shipped

1) Under normal circumstances, after placing an order and confirming payment before 2 pm every working day on the website (working days are Monday to Friday on weekdays, shipments cannot be arranged on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), but it is not ruled out that the delivery time may vary due to events. During this period, orders surged, which was affected by weekends and public holidays.

     - All estimated delivery dates and times are only our company's estimates. UbeLife will strive to deliver goods as soon as possible and is not responsible for any losses caused by delays or non-delivery.
2) If there is a delivery delay, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and actively follow up with the courier company on the matter. Customers cannot claim damages or other compensation or penalties due to delivery delays. Delivery means that the order package is sent from the UbeLife warehouse. After delivery, it still needs to wait for the courier company to receive it and arrange delivery.
     - Guests should consider the transportation risks before purchasing. If there is any damage or loss during transportation, the guest will be responsible for the loss.
3) The total goods for each order will be shipped once and freight will be charged once. If an order package is returned as undeliverable by the courier company, UbeLife will notify the customer. If the customer wishes to re-ship the shipment, the shipment will be collected directly from the customer by SF Express at the time of delivery. UbeLife will not bear the cost of the second shipment, and the freight charged to the customer for the first time will be paid on delivery. Will not be refunded to guest. ​
4) The color of the product may be slightly different from the photos on the website. The actual product shall prevail.
5) Delivery deadline
      - Under normal circumstances, after the goods are shipped to the customer's address, the customer must receive the goods within three working days. If you fail to sign for receipt within the specified time, SF Express will charge additional storage fees, and the customer will need to bear all additional costs. This fee has nothing to do with UbeLife. In addition, if the customer fails to sign for receipt within a reasonable time, the goods will be returned to UbeLife, and we will contact the customer again to arrange delivery. If SF Express needs to charge additional fees due to re-delivery, this fee will be borne by the customer. UbeLife will not bear additional surcharges for reshipping.
6) Out of stock
     - Ubelife will do its best to ensure an adequate supply of products. If there is a shortage of goods due to some uncontrollable circumstances, we will notify the customer by email or Whatsapp. If the order is canceled due to a shortage, we will arrange for it to be canceled three days from the customer’s order. All paid amounts will be refunded to the method of payment within ten (30) days
